As a technical trainer and consultant (mostly linux and unix environments), I travel frequently. I have the opportunity to visit interesting cities, catch up with friends who have moved to new places, and try new restaurants - preferably those that use organic ingredients. With food allergies of both gluten and dairy this is even more of a challenge.
