Maryland Wins 2009 Women's ACC Tournament

Terrapins beat Blue Devils in Overtime 92-89.

I listened on the radio. It sounded a lot like the MD-UNC game from the day before, and a lot lot like the UNC at Duke game last week. These are three top teams in the country, even if I don't care for the current order of the three. :)

The weekend also had an eerie feeling of the Boston Final Four that I attended which went as follows:

• MD beats UNC in a hard fought battle of the first semifinal.
• Duke beats LSU with minimal trouble in the later semifinal.
• MD beats Duke in overtime in the finals.
